How to use Evntr
Managed
I run Evntr for you on a dedicated server in Germany – with updates, daily backups and support. All you need is a browser.
Self-hosted
I install Evntr on your infrastructure and brief your IT team. Optionally with a maintenance contract.
Fixed-price setup plus a monthly fee – I am happy to send you a quote.

How much does Evntr cost?
The software itself is open source and free. Costs only arise for setup, operation and support – as a fixed price or monthly fee.
Can I host Evntr myself?
Yes. Evntr runs with Docker on any Linux server or on container platforms like Coolify. Installation instructions are in the source repository.
Where is my data stored?
With the managed option on a dedicated server in a German data centre, when self-hosted on your infrastructure. Evntr does not use any external cloud services.
How many people can use Evntr?
There is no per-user limit. Simply invite your team to the shared workspace by email.
