How much does Teamblick cost?
The software itself is open source and free. Costs only arise for setup, operation and support – as a fixed price or monthly fee.
Can we bring over our existing spreadsheet?
Yes. During setup I import people, teams and remaining leave from your existing list.
Where is our data stored?
With the managed option on a dedicated server in a German data centre, when self-hosted on your infrastructure. Teamblick does not use any external cloud services.
Who sees what?
Everyone sees who is in and who is away. Reasons such as illness are only visible to the person and whoever is responsible for them: team lead, head of department and administration.
